Weekly Payroll · Next-Day Deposit
Every Friday we run payroll for the previous Monday–Sunday. Direct deposit hits your bank the next business day via Gusto. Full W-2 with FICA, federal/state tax, and CA SDI withheld automatically — no quarterly estimates to file yourself.

Comprehensive background check across all jurisdictions, not just your home state.
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
7-year driving record check. We look for DUIs, license suspensions, and reckless driving — couriers operate vehicles, so we treat MVR with the same weight as criminal background.
Employment Verification
We verify your work history and references. Prior experience in security, logistics, or the hobby is a plus.
